Shipping Costs, Delivery Times and Order Tracking
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All our orders shipped to Spain arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are prepared for shipping in our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours after placing the order. Once the order leaves our facilities, the shipping company guarantees delivery within a maximum of 72 hours (3 business days).
Which transport company makes the delivery?
Facemaskness shipments in Spain are delivered by the Correos.es shipping company. For other countries, we use various international shipping companies. How much are shipping costs? In Spain, delivery is free for all shipments over €29*. For orders under €29, the shipping cost is €1.95. Shipping costs for international deliveries: Are there customs fees for shipments to the Canary Islands? For shipments to the Canary Islands: customs clearance fees and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping price. All fees must be paid at the destination by the recipient.
To which countries can Facemaskness products be shipped?
We ship our orders to Spain: mainland and the Balearic Islands.
We ship to countries in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Can shipments be tracked?
Once your order has been processed, you can track it online to find out where it is. Once the order has left the Facemaskness facilities, you will receive an email with the Correos.es tracking code. The tracking system depends on the agency through which each order is processed and the country to which it is shipped.
