Returns on Facemaskness

Can Facemaskness products be returned?

Our mission is for all our customers to enjoy and be fully satisfied with Facemaskness products . Therefore, all items we sell have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return any product up to 30 days after receiving your order.


How to return a product?

To return your product, please email us at info@facemaskness.com with the reason and order number. We will respond within 24-72 hours with return instructions.


Who pays for return shipping costs?

If you want to return a product, you'll need to send it to our warehouses.

You'll be responsible for shipping costs, but if the reason for the return is a manufacturing error or a mistake by Facemaskness regarding the model, size, color, or similar, we'll refund the shipping costs once we receive the product.


Important: If the return is not due to a Facemaskness error, shipping costs will not be refunded.


How long does it take for the refund to arrive?

Once we receive the package at our warehouses, we will process the payment for the product. Please allow 10 days for you to receive the payment after receiving the package at our warehouses.


Which products can be returned?

To process a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The purchased product must not be used.
  • The purchased product must be returned in its original packaging, whenever possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, you must replace it with one of similar size and capacity.
  • The purchased product must be sent by certified mail so that it arrives at the address within thirty (30) days from the date the order was received.

What happens if the package cannot be delivered?

If the order is returned to Facemaskness because the customer did not facilitate delivery and the customer requests a new shipment, the costs of the second shipment will be borne by the customer.


Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us . If the order has not yet left the Facemaskness warehouse, we will cancel it. Once the order has been processed for shipping, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

We recommend that you make sure all the information is correct before finalizing your order and making payment.
